welcomes the new and improved feature rich ‘tractor’ style chicken coop; the Cluck Med.If you would like a couple of eggs a day from a few hens and don’t want to invest a lot of money, this is the coop for you! Your hens will be safe from predators (snakes) with the small gage wire. A third of the coop is enclosed by to keep the girls warm and dry, which also houses a nesting area for laying eggs. The inside also features a removal base and a 50mm perch to ensure stability superior comfort for your hens’ feet.Made from the same A grade timber as our larger models, stainless steel locks/hinges/bolts and galvanised predator proof wire mesh. This coop will stand the test of time in the Australian climate.The Cluck Med – everything is included!

Dimensions
2m long x 1m high x 1m wide
Construction
Solid heat treated fir wood construction with a safe oil wash for colour and durability.
Chemical free, weather resistant, mold resistant and termite/white ant resistant.
Galvenised wire mesh, screws and bolts/nuts.
10mm x 10mm galvenised wire mesh for safety.

Roof
Angled for better water drainage.
High pitched roof to help insulate your chickens from excessive heat (unlike metal coops).

Perch
50mm perch specifically designed for chicken feet. If you buy a coop with narrow or round perches the hens feet will cramp, this will deter them from perching and may also stop them from laying eggs.

Nesting area& removal base
Nesting space inside for hens to lay eggs with a removal base for easy cleaning.

Handles& wheels
Should you want to move the coop around your yard, the coop features a handle on either end for easy lifting (with two people). The durable wheels provide you with the ability to move the coop by lifting up one end, pushing the weight onto the wheels allowing you to move the coop (with one person).

Weight & delivery
Total weight of the constructed coop is 25 kilograms. The coop is delivered in 2 small boxes, one weighing 15 kilos and the other 10 kilos.

Instructions & assembly
The coop comes pre-assembled, holes a drilled and panels complete. The instructions will tell you how to complete the construction. You will need a drill, 2 people and less about 30 minutes.
