Will the product be delivered to my door?
Yes, your purchased items will be delivered to your door. If you are not home, the item will need to be picked up from the nearest depot. Be advised drivers will call you before delivery to confirm a suitable time.
Can I track my purchase online?
Yes, you can enter in your consignment note number into www.mainfreight.com.au and you will be able to see where your product is. Consignment note numbers will be emailed after payment has been recieved.
How long will my purchase take to arrive?
Please email us and we will give you an accurate estimated time of delivery.
What do I do if my product has arrived damaged?
You must not sign the delivery receipt. Advise the driver that it is damaged and the transport company will return the goods to us. Please advise us of this and we will issue a replacement.
Can I get a discount in shipping costs if I purchase 2 of the same item?
Yes, you can depending on your location. Please let us know and we will work out a price for you.
